This Language Access Template is designed to help your program create or enhance your language access plan. The template includes sample language that is relevant for working with survivors with limited English proficiency. The template is offered as a Microsoft Word 2007 document that includes instructions in the comments, and options for sample language that you can adapt to fit  your organizational and community realities.

The two processes offered in this toolkit: Start a New Plan and Enhance an Existing Plan refer to this template document as a tool for documenting the learnings and decisions that you make as you develop your plan.
